Combine all the ingredients in a stirring glass and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a bruléed banana slice (take a banana slice and roll it in Demerara sugar, then put it on the Cocktail pick and torch it till the sugar melts)

A trio of rums provides the backbone for this complex riff. Mole bitters and a bruléed banana garnish add depth and a touch of theater to the classic template.
