Our final cocktail of the July 4th series is this banger in a Tiki glass. Gin works beautifully in a tiki format! Those floral notes alongside fresh fruit and spice notes are just chef’s kiss. This gin from @dingle has a fresh and clean finish which just lifts this drink. Pineapple juice adds savory fruit and a smooth mouthfeel. My favorite twist has to be the addition of Xtabentún, the anise flavored liqueur. It adds funk, making for an exciting finish.

Editor's Note
Gin meets pineapple and anise liqueur in a tiki mug, swapping rum for bright botanical spirit.
