Blood Ritual

I've been loving Negroni's lately. Here's my take on one using Mezcal as the base. I used a citrus forward mezcal that's light on smoke. It works perfectly with the chocolatey bitterness of the Campari and bitters
Ingredients
- 1 oz Koch Mezcal Artisanal
- 1 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 oz Campari
- 6 drop(s) Bittermen's Xocolotl Mole Bitters
