Lately at work I've been adding my own twist on original cocktails, something I would order! The Pink Diamond is a twist on The Rosita: but less bitter with a hint more of sweetness.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ozAñejo Tequila (I Use Fortaleza)
- .5 oz
- .5 ozDolin Dry Vermouth
- .25 ozCampari
- .5 - .75 ozLuxardo Maraschino Liqueur 750ml
- 1 dash(es)

Pretty straightforward. Pour all into mixing tin. Stir with ice. Pour into rocks glass with fresh ice or big cube (diamond shape if possible).
Editor's Note
A split-vermouth base and a touch of Maraschino soften the Rosita template. The Añejo tequila provides a rich, agave-forward backbone.
