Blue Magic

Recently I've been challenging myself to use some of the dusty bottles in the back of my bar. I bought this bottle of Bols Genever to make some cocktails in the Death & Co book. I made the Wooden Ship and it wasn't a big hit so I tucked it on my gin shelf and it slowly made its way to the back, never to be touched again One of my favourite hangover meals is pancakes, especially with blueberries, and that is what inspired this cocktail.
