Advanced Palate

This drink is for the bitter-lovers out there: a bold, bitter take on the classic Boulevardier by swapping out some of the Campari for bitters. I also swapped Campari for a slightly more citrus-forward aperitif; if you can't get your hands on that bottle, consider equal parts Campari and Aperol.
