What do you get when pop culture loves a drink that you think is "meh"? ....a ton of variations of a cult classic! I had some leftover prosecco after mimosas and thought that using it with the awesome ginger syrup from BG Reynolds could make a really cool 'Moscow Mule' variant.

I have a PhD in chemistry, which is basically just mixology you're not supposed to drink, so the shift from lab to bar was pretty obvious.

View MoreAdd vodka, lime juice, and ginger syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with prosecco.
Editor's Note
Prosecco replaces ginger beer in this Mule riff, trading heavy carbonation for a crisp, wine-forward finish. BG Reynolds ginger syrup provides the necessary spice to anchor the drink.

This sounds like such a refreshing twist on a classic! I love the idea of using prosecco to lighten up the Mule profile. Have you tried any specific garnishes with this to play up the ginger notes?
