- 1.5 ozEl Tesoro Reposado
- 1 ozCold Pressed Cantaloupe Juice
- 1 ozLemon Juice
- 1/2 ozGiffard Peche
- 1/2 ozCocchi Americano
- Amaro Nonino Foam

Cantaloupe ball with mint leaves
Shake & Strain
Coupe
Shake all ingredients except foam and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Top with Amaro Nonino foam and garnish. Nonino foam is 4 oz Chamomile tea, 1 oz lemon juice, 1 oz agave nectar, 2 oz Amaro Nonino and six egg whites double charged in an ISI.
