Love Top Gun and found some Gooseberries, wish it was more interesting than that.

Can't Elope Tonight

Muddle gooseberries with lemon juice, Pisco, vermouth, and simple syrup. Shake and fine strain into a highball glass filled with pebble ice. Top with hibiscus soda and garnish with Cape Gooseberries. Hibiscus Soda: 16 ounces strong brewed hibiscus tea, 2 oz simple syrup and 2 oz Campari. I carbonated mine with an Aarke, whatever method you prefer is good.
