This is a Saturn riff that uses butterfly pea flower infused gin to create a fun layered look. it goes along with a story about someone unusual I used to date.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ozEmpress 1908 Gin
- 0.33 ozBG Reynolds Passion Fruit Tropical Cocktail Syrup
- 0.66 ozFresh Lemon Juice
- 0.33 ozCashew Orgeat
- 0.25 ozVelvet Falernum

Glass
Wrap a blueberry or a cherry in a lemon peel.
Build In Glass
Old Fashioned/Rocks
Add crushed or pebble ice to the glass, then slowly pour the passion fruit syrup over the back of a spoon to create the first layer. Then pour the Falernum, orgeat, and lemon juice mix over the back of a spoon to create the middle layer. Finally, slowly pour the gin to create the top layer. Add the garnish last.
