John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum is a rum-based liqueur indigenous to Barbados, first created by John D. Taylor of Bridgetown in 1890 and produced today at the Foursquare Distillery. Made from sugar cane, lime, almond, and clove, it adds sweetness, spice, and nutty character to classic rum punches, tiki drinks, and swizzles. Bottled at 11% ABV.
