A fancier version of a Kentucky 75, sweetened with my homemade jelly, I adore this cocktail! It’s bright, slightly sweet and bubbly! All of my favorite things! Cheers y’all!

Combine whiskey, lemon juice, jelly and bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill, double strain into a coupe glass. Top with the champagne and garnish.
