This is a fun spin on a cucumber margarita, using the Irish spirit poítin in place of tequila. It's incredibly refreshing and perfect for those final hot summer days.

Poítin

0.5 oz
Triple Sec

0.5 oz
Simple Syrup

0.75 oz
Lime Juice

2 oz
