A while ago I made a similar cocktail with vodka. It was okay, nothing special kind of lacked some depth. I knew something like a bourbon or tequila would definitely add some of that depth. Didn’t really think anything of it until I got ahold of Irish + Bourbon from Keeper’s Heart Whiskey.

Keeper’s Heart Irish + Bourbon Whiskey

1 oz
Pickle Juice

1/2 oz
Lime Juice

1/4 oz
Simple Syrup
