- 15 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Raspberry Syrup
- 1 tbsp PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur

Raspberry Syrup Combine 500g simple syrup, 150g fresh raspberries and 1.5g citric acid in a heat-proof bag. Sous vide at 57°C for two hours. Strain, bottle and store - refrigerated - for up to two weeks.
