I absolutely love this Pineapple Rum from Dented Brick Distillery. The best part of this rum is not only the pineapple flavor but the glitter, which is perfect for this holiday snow globe cocktail. A hint of Rosemary with the pineapple is just the touch to turn a standard Pineapple Daiquiri to something special.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ozLight Rum
- 1 ozDented Brick Glitter Pineapple Rum
- 1 ozLime Juice
- 1/2 ozSimple Syrup
- 2 eaRosemary Sprig

Start by freezing a layer of ice in the bottom of your glass with a sprig of rosemary standing up straight. Add remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake with ice and strain into prepared glass. Top with a couple of fresh cranberries and enjoy!

I added a touch of sparkling water and it kept the glitter in suspension. It's a really nice and balanced drink. I'll be serving this on New Year's Eve for sure!!
