I made a bit too much Hanalei mix (see my other recipes) this time, and the only drink on record to make for the mix is the Bali Hai. It’s a good drink but by no means did I want to drink it for 2 weeks. So, I kind of came up with this mash up of a few things I thought might go good with it and bastardized the Mai Tai.

1 oz
Amber Rum

1 oz
Blackheart Rum

1/2 oz
Orange Curaçao

1/4 oz
Falernum Syrup

1/2 oz
DiSaronno Velvet
