Heading home for the holidays, my family received a home made Raspberry Liqueur and asked their family bartender to make them something. Since Prosecco and raspberry liqueur are both on the sweeter side, I combined them with a buttering agent (and my favorite juice for mixing) and topped it off with amarena cherries from Bologna and created this sweet, deep red mimosa (Rossa is “red” in Italian) 🥂
