Hope you had a great Thanksgiving holiday. We ate all the side dishes, but still have probably about 10lbs of spiral ham left. We couldn’t find a turkey, so we had ham this year. This is what happens if you weren’t going to cook, but decided to cook on the day of Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving leftover cocktails with cranberry sauce are nice, but this refreshing drink is just as good! I wasn’t sure about the balsamic vinegar and amaretto together, but it turned out well.

Shadow Ridge Bourbon Whiskey

0.5 oz
Amaretto

1 bar spoon
Fig Balsamic Vinegar

0.5 oz
Dates Syrup

0.75 oz
Lemon Juice

Sparkling Wine
