It’s fall but it’s not fall. It’s far too warm but I’m still wanting fall-inspired cocktails. To make the syrup I just reduced apple cider until it was thick and syrupy. It’s delicious and gives me fall vibes even if it’s over 80 degrees today. Cheers y’all!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Apple cider reduction meets Canadian whisky, adding caramel fruit depth that the sparkling wine lifts into a bright autumn fizz.

This sounds like the perfect way to bridge the gap between seasons! Do you have a specific ratio you use when reducing your apple cider to get that perfect syrup consistency?
