After Dinner

My friend posted an apple and coffee cocktail recently which got me thinking about the flavor combo. Laird’s Bottled in Bond Apple Brandy is well aged and absolutely delicious, leaning toward baked apple flavors with some spice. Mr Black adds a hefty cold brew sweetness here paired with fresh (chilled) espresso. Adding to the complexity is another ingredient I’ve been looking forward to using for a while: IPA syrup.
