This is a decadent take on an espresso martini utilizing James cold brew coffee, blackcurrant liqueur, amontillado sherry, and a raspberry aged rum hand whipped cream. This cocktail is a sweeter dessert style option with notes of plum, bitter chocolate, red wine, and coffee.

Editor's Note
A decadent dessert riff that pairs Irish whiskey and coffee with a tart raspberry-rum cream float. The Amontillado sherry adds a necessary nutty depth to the dark fruit and chocolate profile.
