Thank you, Tiki Lovers, for the dark rum. We adore a classic Mai Tai but decided to elevate it. Thus, we introduced some fresh passionfruit foam.

Directions: Shake well with lots of crushed ice. Pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish: Homemade Passion fruit foam.
