Have you ever tried a Classic Brown Derby Cocktail before? Surprisingly, up until recently I hadn't either. Well I suggest you try it as soon as possible. We decided to shake things up a bit by swapping the Bourbon in the traditional version for a single malt whiskey from @srdistilled. They were kind enough to gift us a bottle. The whiskey's notes of malt, toffee, coffee, and chocolate were begging us to pair it with this classic. I mean who doesn't like honey and grapefruit with those note...
