I bought Tepache for the first time today and instantly wanted to make a cocktail with it.

Shake the rum, lime and falernum with ice, then double strain into a chilled coupe. Slowly add the tepache, then lightly stir to combine. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

Tepache brings a fermented, effervescent mango profile to this Daiquiri riff. Falernum adds a subtle clove spice that anchors the tropical fruit.

Love the sound of that Mango Lime Tepache. Haven't seen that flavor yet, but I will now be on the look out.
