Parisian Fizz
Submitted on: October 6, 2022
A fruity riff on a classic. I have to admit I've never actually made an actual Gin Fizz before. I have a habit of doing riffs on classic cocktails that I've never tried lol, but this was delicious! The apricot and cognac work perfectly together and the egg white adds a nice silky texture

Editor's Note
Cognac and apricot liqueur create a rich, stone-fruit base, while sparkling wine and egg white provide a silky, effervescent finish.
