A take on a recent favourite of mine, the ultra-vintage Philadelphia Fish House Punch, using fantastic ingredients from the East Coast of Canada. Recommended Brands: •Ironworks Distillery Apple Brandy & Blueberry Liqueur •NS Spirit Co. Fisherman’s Helper White Rum •Acadian Maple syrup •Tetley tea
