So I’ve been on a Mojito kick lately; summer weather just screams “Mojito” to me. For this version, I wanted to mix it up the flavor profile a bit. The Tiki Lovers Rum (thanks again for the bottle) paired so well with the passionfruit - a match made in Mojito heaven. And I remain obsessed with these glasses! Cheers.

In a shaker, muddle fresh mint and passionfruit simple syrup. Add ice and all ingredients. Shake and pour over ice. Top with club soda, garnishing with fresh mint and lime wheels.
