Was in Quogue this past weekend. “Make us a fun cocktail” was the request. Without my tools and bottles, I surveyed the kitchen and the pantry and whipped up a Peach and Bourbon cocktail. Had to refine it once I was home :) In a shaker, muddle one whole peach, cut into small pieces, in 1/2 oz Simple Syrup and 1/8 oz Lime Juice.
