I have this beautiful bottle of vodka that I wanted to use so I made a slightly tiki-ish cocktail! Since I already had pineapple and rosemary flavors to work with I just added some complementary flavors (lemongrass and lime). It’s such a simple cocktail to make but it has tons of flavor!! Cheers y’all!!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Pineapple-rosemary vodka meets lemongrass in this bright, tiki-inspired sour. A torched rosemary garnish adds an aromatic finish to every sip.

This sounds delicious. If I don't have the tiki bitters, what would you recommend as a replacement.
