This uses the peach bitters from The Bitter Truth Company which lends a fun fruity balance to the spicy rye and ginger I used in this drink. If there's one thing I've learned during cocktail making, it's that ginger and peach work well together. Try it out!

Build in a rocks glass over fresh ice. Add rye, syrup, and bitters, then top with ginger ale and stir gently. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
