This cocktail is named after the popular Greek Myth where Hades kidnaps Persephone and takes her back to the Underworld. Before she's able to escape she eats the seeds from a pomagranate which traps her there for four months of the year. This myth is used to symbolize the changing of seasons

Gently muddle the mint in a shaker tin. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with the lime wheel
