Hi. Here's one of our classics that we paired with our new Pigeon River Sour Mash Tennessee whiskey from @ruddells_mill_whiskey . This is a small batch whiskey out of Tennessee made from a high corn mash bill and a touch of malted barley. Aged to perfection and then mellowed by the Lincoln County process which basically means whiskey is filtered through charcoal chips.
