Pineapple Cinnamon Sour

Submitted on: November 7, 2023
A few more autumn cocktails before the holidays after spending the afternoon picking up all the leaves. Fall is probably one of my favorite times of year. The only thing I dislike is that the days are getting colder and this cocktail with the pineapple added just enough tropical feel on a chilly day. For this cocktail, I also added a dash of Mole bitters.

Editor's Note
Aged rum meets pineapple and cinnamon in this spiced sour. Mole bitters add a dark, cocoa-inflected finish that grounds the tropical fruit.
