A Paper Plane variation that takes you to the tropics! Pineapple sage is such an interesting plant, it’s a perennial here, has striking red tubular flowers that the hummingbirds love, and the leaves legit have a pineapple smell. It’s super tasty too!! Cheers y’all!

Bartender
Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Pineapple sage-infused Aperol transforms the classic Paper Plane into a tropical, herbal delight. A bright, refreshing riff that balances bitter amaro with garden-fresh aromatics.
