Lion’s Tail

In a cocktail shaker add rum, pineapple and lime juices, and simple syrup with ice. Shake until chilled. In a Collins glass, add fresh ice and about 1oz of club soda. Strain cocktail over fresh ice. Fill glass to top with remaining club soda. Garnish and enjoy!
