I had some extra rosemary leftover from the holidays. Why not make a whiskey smash style cocktail with it!

Ingredients

2 oz
Bourbon

1/2 oz
Honey Syrup

1/2 oz
Lemon Juice

2-3 ea
Fresh Strawberries

2-3 ea
Sprigs Of Rosemary

Tools

cocktail shaker
muddler
fine strainer

Instructions

Garnish

Fresh sprig of rosemary or strawberry

In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except the bourbon. Muddle to break up the strawberries and rosemary. Add bourbon and ice. Shake until the cocktail is chilled and diluted. Double strain over fresh ice and garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary or strawberry.
