I really dislike the summer heat, but I love alllllll the summer produce!! Especially the delicious peaches I got at a local grocery store. They inspired this summery cocktail made with a whey-distilled vodka from New Zealand. Cheers y’all!!

2 oz
Broken Shed Vodka

1 oz
Fresh Victor 3 Citrus & Mint Mixer

.5 oz
Peach Liqueur

.5 ea
Fresh Peach, Chopped

1 float
Sparkling Wine

Muddle peach in a shaker, add remaining ingredients, except sparkling wine, and ice. Shake to chill, double strain into a coupe glass. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish.
