Combine all ingredients except the Gosling's rum into a SodaStream bottle. Carbonate. Pour into a filled chilled Collins glass. Float Goslings on top. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Editor's Note

Carbonating a ginger‑lime mix and topping with a dark rum float gives this Dark ’n Stormy a fizzy, briny edge.

This sounds so much better than a traditional Dark n' Stormy. Anf Love the use of the soda strream. Just curious, how much room do you leave from the top to not have it explode?
