Promenade in Provence

Happy Wednesday y’all!! I saw a cocktail recently that used herbs de Provence and I was intrigued. It’s not a spice blend I usually reach for, but I thought it’d be interesting in a cocktail. I reached for all of my French ingredients, infused the vermouth for about an hour, and made this surprisingly delicious cocktail! Provence is on my bucket list of places I want to visit but, in the meantime, I’ll just imagine myself strolling through lavender fields while sipping on this. Cheers y’all!!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Combine all ingredients except the sparkling rosé in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill, double strain into a coupe glass. Top with the sparkling rosé.
Editor's Note
Herbs de Provence-infused vermouth anchors this French-inspired sipper. Benedictine and Lillet add depth, while a sparkling rosé float provides a crisp, effervescent finish.
