Royal Peach Freeze

Hello friends! Tonight, I have a blended, splendid take on a cross between a Mimosa and a Bellini that uses peach schnapps (I used peach whiskey) and crushed ice (I used homemade frozen Prosecco cubes) with orange juice and sweetened lime juice for a very peachy, pleasant, velvety smooth drink that takes the edge off the week, where the weather is decidedly getting colder. This turned out to be a great way to kick off the week and would be well at home at a boozy brunch. Cheers everyone!
