Happy hump day!!!! I found this cocktail in an old issue of Bon Appétit magazine and immediately knew I’d love it. I clearly have a type when it comes to my cocktails 😂. I didn’t have any fresh or dehydrated limes to use as a garnish, so just pretend that the lemon is really a lime. Cheers y’all!!!

Bartender
Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Gin and Aperol meet in this bright, honey-kissed spritz. A sparkling wine topper adds a crisp, effervescent finish to this refreshing coupe-served cocktail.
