Editor's Note
A split-base of Cognac, rye, and bourbon builds a robust foundation. The absinthe sidecar allows for a customizable anise finish.

This sounds like a fantastic way to experience the nuances of the absinthe! Do you have a favorite ratio for the Cognac, Rye, and Bourbon blend, or do you find they all play equally well together?
