A tart and delicious pisco sour featuring an explosion of tropical flavour. The lychee and passionfruit pair perfectly with each other, backed by heavy citrus notes. No reason for the name—it just sounded cool and exotic. Recommended brands: •Barsol pisco •Distillerie du Quai Humble Lichi lychee liqueur •Fee Brothers grapefruit bitters
