Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Strawberry and shiso create a bright, herbaceous profile in this refreshing Collins. The drinking vinegar adds a sophisticated acid-sugar balance that shines in the summer heat.

This sounds like a fantastic, refreshing combination! The pairing of strawberry and shiso is so elegant. Do you have a favorite gin you like to use for this, or do you find it works well with most styles?
