Not your typical brunch cocktail, I wanted something different than a mimosa or Bloody Mary. We still have bubbles but I took them in a tropical direction. The Campari cuts through all the sweetness, giving you a kick at the end.

Bartender
Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Tropical pineapple rum meets the dry, effervescent bite of sparkling rosé. A Campari sink provides a bitter, sophisticated finish that elevates this beyond standard brunch fare.

This is such a refreshing and sophisticated take on a brunch cocktail! The addition of the Campari sink is a brilliant touch.
