A switch up of a Chris classic that has a few iterations. The original Three Rums and a Plum was exactly what it sounds like: three rums, and plum brandy. Once I got my golden plum schnapps from Dillon’s, I realized that I could flip the script—with what turned out to be great success. Delicious! Recommended brands: •J.P.
