Laird's Bottled-in-Bond apple brandy anchors this sour, while house-made cranberry syrup provides a tart, regional depth. A classic dry-shake technique ensures a silky, foam-topped finish.

This sounds like a wonderful homage to New Jersey's agricultural bounty! The combination of apple brandy and cranberry is such a classic pairing. Do you have a favorite way to present the bitters garnish on the foam?
