A classic tiki cocktail, the Western Sour originated at Crane's Kon-Tiki, a chain of restaurants found in Sheraton Hotels during the mid-century competing directly with Trader Vic's. This recipe features Rye Whiskey, fresh grapefruit, fresh lime, falernum, and simple syrup.
