Aged Agricole Rum

French-Caribbean rhum distilled from fresh sugarcane juice and aged in oak — vieux denotes at least three years in cask. Grassy agricole character melded with vanilla, leather, and dried fruit; works as a cognac substitute in Old Fashioneds and Vieux Carrés.
